About the event

The Zero Point is a short weekly breath-led space created to help you return to the quiet that lives beneath the noise. An intentional moment in your week to pause, exhale, and reset before you step into the new week.


Breathwork has been my anchor, the place I return to when everything else feels loud. My hope is that this space becomes that soft anchor for you, too.

Whether you come once or make it part of your weekly rhythm, know that this space was created with intention, care, and love.


What To Expect

Through 9D Breathwork - a multidimensional journey combining breath, sound, frequency, and subconscious reprogramming - you’ll be guided into a state where your nervous system can release stored tension, regulate, and find its natural rhythm again.


Each session is intentionally crafted and lasts between 10–20 minutes, offering different experiences for shifting into different states of the nervous system:
