About the event

In the month when hearts are on display everywhere we turn, I wonder - how often do we connect to our heart? How often do we listen to what it has to say. How often do we ask – How does my heart feel today? How often do we invite stillness and consiously connect to our breathe?

We believe that the mind and brain are in charge of our emotional and physical state, when actually, they are responding to the heart’s physiological rhythm. Research shows that the heart emits an electromagnetic frequency that is several times stronger than that of the brain and that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart.

Our heart centre is a portal to higher consciousness and when we live in the hormones of stress it starts to be incoherent. When it's not in its natural rhythm, the heart can’t stay open and trusting and we can’t connect to the magnetic field that connects us with the energy of the universe. When that happens, it becomes very difficult to be creative, inspired and happy.

The breath is what connects the heart and the brain, and when they start working in a coherent rhythm, the magnetic field around the heart expands. When we connect to the energy of love and gratitude, we stop feeling we are in lack. There is no anger, shame, sadness, fear... we return to love.

Join me for an hour long breathwork journey to your heart. We will turn down the volume of the ego mind and sink deep into our hearts to connect, feel and shift our emotional state.

***If you can't make it to the live, you will receive a recording with a 3-day access***

A simple three-step, heart-based, circular breathing based on Pranayama, that takes you on a journey back to yourself.

By consciously changing the breathing patterns you alter your state of being to access the emotional body, directly. During a breathwork session, you can release mental, emotional and energetic blockages, expand your consciousness, enter deeper states of meditation, surrender to your intuition and let go of past hurt, grief and heavy emotions. When we move from our heads and into our hearts, we get to feel into deeper parts of ourselves, uncovering what lays in our unconscious mind.

By letting go of stuck emotions, energetic blockages and old patterns, we make room for new energy to enter, welcome abundance and be more present.  There are many physical, spiritual and emotional benefits that you can experience through breathwork.

Here are some of them:
