About the event

If you are reading this I would assume that you have done some inner work and you probably already know that the way we relate to the world and ourselves is deeply rooted in our childhood experiences. We adopt limiting beliefs, coping mechanisms, and self-sabotaging patterns as a response to the environment we grow up in and the relationship we have or don't have with our parents. This makes the inner child work vital if you want to create a life that aligns with who you truly are beyond the limitations and the stories we believe in.

How can Breathwork help you to let go of the "not good enough" self that lives in fear, procrastination, and self-doubt?

  • If you don't express, you suppress. Breathwork will allow you to release trapped emotions, close the cycle and let go.
  • Feeling safe in your body as a result of conscious-connected breathing will allow you to go deeper into the subconscious mind where you can revisit and rewrite the story.
  • By quieting the mind and moving into a deep meditative state you can connect to the parts of you that remember who you are underneath the ego, conditioning and trauma. This will help you forgive yourself and anyone else involved in your experience.
  • During the meditation, you will connect with the child within you and give them what they need back then, with love and compassion

The Transofrmational Breathwork Journeys can be an intense experiences for some. This is not a relaxing breathing session, although at the end we will go into deep meditave state.

A simple three-step, heart-based, consious connected breathing, that takes you on a journey back to yourself.

By consciously changing the breathing patterns you alter your state of being to access the emotional body, directly. During a breathwork session, you can release mental, emotional and energetic blockages, expand your consciousness, enter deeper states of meditation, surrender to your intuition and let go of past hurt, grief and heavy emotions. When we move from our heads and into our hearts, we get to feel into deeper parts of ourselves, uncovering what lays in our unconscious mind.

By letting go of stuck emotions, energetic blockages and old patterns, we make room for new energy to enter, welcome abundance and be more present.  There are many physical, spiritual and emotional benefits that you can experience through breathwork.

Here are some of them:

  • Release stored heavy emotions like anger, anxiety, depression
  • Become aware of and then releasing addictive patterns and behaviours
  • Gain clarity of thought
  • Be more present and in love with this moment
  • Let go of past hurts
  • Detox the body
  • Boost immunity
  • Lower the stress hormone Cortisol
  • Surrender to what is and allow more abundance, flow, and ease
  • Opening and balancing of the chakras


  • Quiet space where you won't be disturbed
  • Headphones for better sound experience
  • A mat or a bed to lie down
  • A blanket
  • Eye mask (optional)
  • Bottle of water
  • Journal and a pen
  • Favourite crystal or essential oil to add to your experience


  • Please do not eat at least 2 hours before the event
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing that are not tight around the waist to avoid any restriction of the breath
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol on the day of the event


Anyone over the age of 18. Whether you've experienced Breathwork before or it will be your first experience, it doesn't matter. If you have done these before, this will be an opportunity to go deeper!


Breathwork is a safe practice, however there is possibility for side effects if you have any of the bellow conditions. Please consult with your GP first.

  • Pregnancy
  • Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks
  • Severe Hypertension
  • Epilepsy
  • Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment Osteoporosis
  • Recent Surgeries Recent Serious Physical Injuries
  • Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases Asthma (if you have asthma, you must bring your inhaler to the session)
  • Psychiatric Hospitalization or Prior Diagnosis by a Healthcare Professional of Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder Use of Coumadin or other prescription blood thinning medicine
