About the event
May is a Mental Health Awareness month. Making a change begins with awareness. However, awareness does not guarantee action. And while we all talk about it, experiencing a challenging time with your mental health can feel very lonely.
As one of many who have experienced how difficult this can be, I want to reach as many people as possible with the opportunities to experience the power of the breath.
I will host a free breathwork session to encourage you to take action in improving your mental state while not feeling like you have to do it all alone.
Those Breathwork sessions are designed to assist you in releasing stress and regulating the nervous system, while feeling safe and supported to restore mental and physical well-being.
