About the event

Transformation is a big word, and to some it may seem impossible, but here is what I've learned – it is a choice.

The choice we make between two breathes. In the space between your inhale and exhale, between choosing to be who you've always been or who you want to be.

But how do you start making choices that bring you closer to the most authentic and empowered version of you, instead of holding on to what you’ve always known and done over and over again, with little or no results.

Transformation is about changing the deeply rooted beliefs, programs and perceptions of who you are, your self-worth and what’s possible, so than the decision you make support those new beliefs and move you in the direction of your desires.

Most people work on the conscious level, which has very little power over the decision-making process. It is a fact that the subconscious mind is on the drive seat most of the time, holding 95% of the way you perceive your reality and the choices you make.

So, then how do we work on that level, how do we reprogram the subconscious mind to work for us, not against us?

The breath is the language of the soul and that holds the key to your transformation.

Altering the breathing pattern for less than 30 min opens the door to the subconscious mind, and as you move through different brain waves, you become very receptive to new ideas and have the ability to replace old beliefs while  connected to the most authentic part of yourself.

I invite you to explore the power of conscious connected breathing and allow your body and mind to reconnect, heal and transform.

A simple three-step, heart-based, circular breathing that takes you on a journey back to yourself.

By consciously changing the breathing patterns you alter your state of being to access the emotional body, directly. During a breathwork session, you can release mental, emotional and energetic blockages, expand your consciousness, enter deeper states of meditation, surrender to your intuition and let go of past hurt, grief and heavy emotions. When we move from our heads and into our hearts, we get to feel into deeper parts of ourselves, uncovering what lays in our unconscious mind.

By letting go of stuck emotions, energetic blockages and old patterns, we make room for new energy to enter, welcome abundance and be more present.  There are many physical, spiritual and emotional benefits that you can experience through breathwork.

Here are some of them:

  • Release stored heavy emotions like anger, anxiety, depression
  • Become aware of and then releasing addictive patterns and behaviours
  • Gain clarity of thought
  • Be more present and in love with this moment
  • Let go of past hurts
