As a Certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind- Body Practitioner, Breath Coach, I specialise in helping you understand the role of the mind-body connection /thoughts, feelings, emotions/ in your daily life, so that you can break the patterns that are keeping you away from who you really are.

The Holistic Approach  


People often ask me what exactly Holistic Life Coaching is and how can they benefit from working with a coach. I believe that the same way you need a teacher to learn a new language, you can greatly benefit from a coach who has the knowledge, experience and skills to help you navigate emotions, understand you behavior patterns and reach your goals.

Coaching works because it’s personalized, rather than a one size fits all approach. It's about spending less time in the past and keeping focus on what is not working in the present moment, so that you can create a very clear vision for your future. 


Have you ever asked yourself why we don’t do what we know is good for us? Having the information is not enough, because transformation only happens when you apply what you already know. That’s why uncovering limiting beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back is crucial, because you can’t change something if you are not aware of it. We also know that no problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.  


Real transformation only happens when both the conscious and unconscious mind are aliened and have the same goal. This is why very often, even if you truly want to do something, you still don’t take the steps to achieve it.

As a Holistic coach, I work on the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical levels, taking the whole being into consideration. A lasting change happens from the inside out, not the other way around, as we are conditioned to belief.


Instead of working on a single goal or problem, my focus is to help you expand your self-awareness and reconnect with your true self, so you can create the well-being and fulfilment in the areas of your life that are important to you.

Episode 03 : Understanding the role of pain in life, self-love and the art of investing in yourself


Lidiya was a pleasure to talk to and the session truly uncovered patterns and feelings I didn’t
even know were there, but in a pleasant, almost effortless way.

It lasted no more than an hour
but it felt like a journey back home. The greatest
benefit I gained from the experience was a newfound sense of self-awareness.


It was something I didn’t quite expect. It got quite deep in those three sessions and each session made me feel refreshed and positive, I could think clearer. After each session it felt like a weight had been lifted from me. In a relatively short amount of time I found out a lot about myself.


What Lidiya does is something that is rare for me. I have attended various training sessions for self-development, but when Breathwork begins, she has the talent to open people's hearts and heal them from past disappointments and pain. Last but not least, because of her personal path and life experience she has taken and gained a lot of

wisdom and self-awareness.
