Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy The Aligned Breath Pass is a flexible pass for online 9D Breathwork sessions. The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser. Passes must be used within their validity period: 5-Session Pass: Credits expire 5 months from the purchase date. 10-Session Pass: Credits expire 8 months from the purchase date. 2. Booking Policy Sessions must be booked in advance via the designated booking platform. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Client-Initiated Changes: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours of the session will result in the session being deducted from your pass. Provider-Initiated Changes: If a session is cancelled by the provider, the session credit will not be deducted, and rescheduling options will be provided. 4. Renewal Policy The Aligned Breath Pass does not auto-renew. Clients must manually purchase a new pass after their credits or validity period expires. Any unused credits after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rolled over. 5. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused credits or partially used passes. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the provider in extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical reasons). Documentation may be required. 6. Payment Plan Policy (10-Session Pass Only) Payment plans are available for the 10-Session Pass and must be paid in full within the agreed timeline. Failure to complete payments will result in the suspension of session access and forfeiture of any unused credits. 7. Expiry Policy Pass holders are responsible for using their credits within the validity period. No extensions will be granted unless otherwise agreed under exceptional circumstances. 8. Health and Safety Clients are required to disclose any relevant health conditions before attending a session. Participation is at the client’s own risk. The provider is not liable for any physical, mental, or emotional responses to the breathwork sessions. 9. Code of Conduct Respectful communication and behaviour are expected in all interactions, including the WhatsApp community group. The provider reserves the right to remove individuals who violate this policy without refund. 10. Privacy Policy Your personal information will be used solely for scheduling, communication, and providing support.
