WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A CORPORATE BREATHWORK WORKSHOP? 

Your employees will enjoy a safe, warm environment where they can feel supported and empowered. Each session is designed to equip them with lasting stress-management skills and would last about 2 hours.

 

During the first hour Lidiya will explain in depth the benefits of breathwork and the importance of regulating the nervous system, increasing our mind-body connection to improve each area of life.

 

This is followed by 50 minutes of active breathwork, where they will be lead through a sensory journey of conscious breathing, supported by verbal guidance and healing music.

 

After the breathing practice, we will take a few moments to restore and calm down our system, allowing space for our minds and bodies to integrate the experience and prepare for the tasks ahead with renewed energy.
