Breathwork is a simple, yet very powerful way to shift and release suppressed emotions, we often hold unknowingly in our nervous system and psyche. A simple three-step technique based on Pranayama, will take you on a journey back to your heart.

Changing the rhythm of the breath, combined with guided meditation and carefully selected music can be a very transformative experience. Such practice can literary re-wire your brain and change old patterns and ways of thinking. It will assist you with letting go of the things you hold on to and allow you to energetically and emotionally move into a state of more love, joy and fulfilment.

Lidiya’s session was my first experience of guided breathwork in person. The session opened up so many emotions for me. I’d been aware for several months that I was holding on to stagnant emotional energy. I could feel it, but didn’t know how to release it.
Through being guided by Lidiya for 20 minutes of intense breathwork, I was able to notice those parts of my body that were not fully engaging with the breath. Once I started to tap into these areas of my body, that’s when things shifted for me. Lidiya’s guided-inner child meditation then enabled me to open up and connect with myself, and that’s when the tears came. Later at home the tears continued and I cried deeply for another 2 hours.
It was such a purge of emotions, emotions I’d held on to for so long. I cannot thank Lidiya enough for creating such a safe space to be held and for being guided so deeply. Thank you, Lidiya, for being part of my new story and for the personal insight. 



Experiencing the Breathwork workshop with Lidiya - was something new for me. It was interesting to learn to breathe in a particular way that will aid anything from the release of emotions, bringing to the forefront what you may be subconsciously suppressing to a feeling of total relaxation. The meditation was gentle and provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with yourself in a way you don't take time out to do. I felt refreshed, rested and relaxed at the end of the session.



During the time that i had my breathwork session with Lidiya, I was going through an incredibly difficult time. I was in a major transition period in my life. 

I was at a point where I had spent the entire week in bed crying and couldn't actually bring myself out of bed, and I couldn't foresee when this feeling was going to end.  

The session itself was life changing. I felt myself shed a lot of emotional debris and clear a lot of pain that had been stored, lingering in my body for months.  

It is not an understatement to say that this breathwork session saved my life. 

How kind and nurtured it made me feel, but also how much emotional junk was cleared during the session which made me rise again, even stronger. For sure, I will be coming back for more sessions.
